Rather than trying to fill every open position available in the market, we pride ourselves on working on a small number of job assignments at any given time to ensure our clients receive dedicated resources for their searches and the highest quality of work.

In most instances, our business methodology allows us to introduce 5 to 10 suitable and qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving an assignment. Given our understanding and market knowledge, we are generally able to come up with an internal shortlist within minutes of receiving a job description. We also continue to meet, screen and recommend new potentials until a suitable candidate is identified by our client and the job search is finalized.

Refund Policy & Non-Solicitation Clause

We offer a competitive refund policy on all placements and a written agreement not to approach or actively contact any employee in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.

Reference Checks

We perform reference checks, education and income verification when requested by our client. When applicable, we also provide reference contact details with approval from candidates.

Hands-on Commitment

You have a dedicated person in the center of every interaction and process between clients and candidates. The consultant responsible for your assignment handles every aspect of the search from the initial candidate approach and meeting, to resume submissions, interview arrangements and the closing negotiations.

Open & Transparent Information

We provide both client and candidate with vital information such as salary details to minimize the risk of expectation mismatches during the offer stage. We negotiate with both parties regarding salary details and employment start date and look to minimize the risk of any competing offers, counter offers and/or candidate withdrawals at final stages.

Transition Support

We assist with resignation procedures and advise on potential counter-offer situations. We continue to maintain regular contact with both candidate and client to ensure a smooth transition and beyond the commencement of employment.

Higher level of Confidentiality

We ensure the highest level of confidentiality when approaching potential candidates in the market by only contacting candidates who are found suitable based on client requirements. Depending on individual client needs, we are also able to refrain from disclosing company details to candidates during initial approaches. Due to the fact that we do not advertise positions with full job descriptions or use database job posting on the web, clients can be assured that the information related to their search is never public and only released when appropriate.
